Grounds for data collection

Types of data processed, purpose of processing

The servers and computer systems used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. 
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the Users to be identified. 
This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by Users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the User's operating system and computer environment. 
These data are used for the sole purpose of checking the correct operation of the site. The data could also be used by the Public Security Forces to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes to the detriment of the site, except in this case, the data are kept for the time defined by the relevant legal regulations for the time strictly necessary to provide the User with the service requested to guarantee the transmission of the communication.
Data provided voluntarily by the User
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to LFF Consulting's contact addresses (in the "Contacts" section), as well as the filling in and forwarding of forms on the site, entail the acquisition of the sender's contact details, which are necessary in order to reply, as well as all the personal data included in the communications, forms and curricula sent. 
In particular, through the site, all the information provided by users through registration and the filling in of contact forms (provided in the sections "Send us your CV", "Register") and in particular personal data, contact details and information relating to work experience or training are collected and processed.
Providing personal information via our contact forms is not a legal or contractual requirement; however, please note that fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields, as we need this information to respond to your request. Additional information and personal data are shared when filling out contact forms at your discretion. 
If you contact us, we will keep track of this correspondence. 
The Data Controller will process the data thus voluntarily provided by the User for the following purposes 
- for personnel searches on behalf of client companies;
- to manage the user's candidature in relation to searches promoted by client companies, including those published on the site; to this end, the candidate's personal data may be communicated, following the first interview carried out by LFF Consulting staff, to client companies (including those based abroad, in EU or non-EU countries). Communication of the candidate's personal data to client companies based abroad will only take place with the consent of the person concerned, collected during the interview phase;
- for inclusion in our list of candidates and job search in line with the candidate's professional profile, based on the data provided;
- to comply with legal obligations, including the obligation to cooperate with the Public Safety Authorities, where required.
Specific information is published on the pages of the site set up for user registration and the sending of curricula.

    Data recipients 

    Personal data will be processed by the Company and its authorised staff using computer systems, in accordance with the principles of correctness, loyalty and transparency provided for by the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, protecting the confidentiality of the data subject and his/her rights by adopting suitable technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.

      Navigation data

      The data will be processed by employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, instructed and authorised to process the data, for the pursuit of the purposes indicated above. 
      Candidates' personal data may be shared with subsidiary and associated companies of LFF Consulting which also carry out personnel selection activities. In particular, in order to ensure an adequate level of protection and safeguarding of personal data, appropriate data protection measures have been adopted where data is shared with LFF Consulting's subsidiaries and associated companies which are located outside the European Economic Area. A copy of these measures is available at the Data Controller's offices and on request.
      In addition, in certain cases, personal information may also be disclosed to suppliers, contractors and consultants, who are responsible for maintenance operations of the website content or the provision of certain functions or services related to the website. Recipients will only have access to personal information to the extent required to perform their functions under certain contractual confidentiality obligations. The recipients of the data are designated by the Data Protection Authority pursuant to Art. 28 of the Regulation as data controllers.

      Data Retention

      Users' personal data will be stored for the time necessary to pursue the purposes for which they were acquired. 
      The period of data retention depends on the purposes for which they are processed and may therefore vary. The criteria used to determine the applicable retention period are as follows: (i) the retention of personal data will take place for the time necessary to search for professional positions in line with the candidates' profiles as resulting from the resumes and information sent through the form; (ii) to handle specific requests from the user; (iii) to enforce rights in court; as well as (iv) for the time required by applicable legal regulations.

      Rights of the interested parties

      In relation to the processing of data described herein, data subjects may exercise the rights provided for by the Regulation (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation), including: 
      - receive confirmation for the existence of their personal data and access to their content (right of access);
      - update, modify and/or correct your personal data (right of rectification);
      - request the deletion or restriction of data processed in breach of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed (right to be forgotten and right to restriction);
      - object to the processing (right to object);
      - withdraw consent, where given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
      - receive a copy of the data in electronic format concerning him/her provided to LFF Consulting and, if necessary, request that such data be transmitted to another data controller (right to data portability).       We also use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about your use of the Site. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit sites, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.

      Right of complaint

      Data subjects who believe that their personal data is being processed on this website in breach of the provisions of the Regulations have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulations, or to take legal action (art. 79 of the Regulations).
