Who am I

I started my professional career in the mid-1980s at a small Italian management consulting firm in Milan, where I learned the Executive Search profession from some of the pioneers of the sector in Italy.

In the following years, I worked for major international Executive Search and Recruitment firms such as Friisberg & Partners, Alexander Hughes, and Kilpatrick SA.

In 2009, I began my career as an independent consultant and was fortunate to work as an internal recruiter for companies such as Heineken, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Coca-Cola HBC.

As a consultant, I also support various Italian and international recruiting companies by acting as a business developer and by contributing to the rollout of key search projects.

Since moving to Germany in 2016, I have been a pioneer in remote working, maintaining positive and constructive relationships with clients and candidates throughout the entire process to ensure a smooth and trustworthy collaboration.

My recent projects include C-level and middle-management positions, mainly in Germany and Italy, which I manage fully autonomously thanks to my strong language skills (bilingual Italian/German; fluent English; good understanding of French).

I can rely on an international network that I have built over the years and that continues to grow and evolve in step with the changing times.

I am autonomous and flexible and provide clients with full transparency through continuous updates and regular reports. I maintain constant contact with clients and ensure an efficient and collaborative working relationship.
